Mehmet Şensoy, who has produced Turkey's first and only organic certified ice cream since 2016, produces Baldo ice creams only from organic milk, salep, honey and organic fruits. Cow's milk, goat's milk and vegan (coconut milk) ice cream options, organic stick vanilla, vanilla extract, salep are available.
