Ümit Erkuşöz is producing Urla Sakız Artichoke, Aegean herbs and vegetables, olive, olive oil, and St. John's Wort oil on the family farm in İzmir Urla since the 1960s. His daughter, Industrial Engineer Gökçe Erkuşöz, created the "Von Urla" brand in 2019 to market the products online. They documented their natural production without using chemical pesticides and fertilizers with organic farming certificate.
