Father and son Sahbaz Cay and Murat Cay are traditional beekeepers, producing organic raw honey on Eğriçayır plateau on Central Taurus Mountains (Turkey), with 2450 m high attitude, which has rich flora good for beekeeping and high quality honey. Family's beekeeping tradition dates back to more than 300 years.
Organic is a controlled and certified agriculture and production method without using chemical inputs.
The purpose of ecological agriculture is to protect the environment, plant, animal and human health without polluting the soil, water resources and air.
